~west linn farmhouse tour~

Onto home tour number 2!
This is the home of Erin Duffy and her family.
Erin has horses and chickens and her home is located on a gorgeous huge piece of property in Oregon.

The best part about this house is that it used to be a split level that they converted!
To see more photos on Houzz go here, and also catch some before photos on Erin's instagram, Patina And Leaf.
You can also visit Erin's Facebook page here.

I love the grey subway tile back splash, she could have easily gone with the traditional white.

How many of you would die to have that sink?
Double faucets?
I'll take it!

The lighting in this huge eat in kitchen is gorgeous!
Look at the mix of finishes too.
Brass, nickel, & oil rubbed bronze.

Brass lighting over sink is from Visual Comfort.

The pendants over the island can be found here, and the chandelier
over the dining table can be found here.

The walk in pantry sits behind this fabric curtain.
Love all the ship lap too.

Check out the before!

And the after!

Clock, not shown in these photos, but really cool so I had to share:

{not pictured here, but is shown on my Instagram and hers, unfortunately it's discontinued.
Pattern is called "Blossom"}

I will be back Friday with the third and final house tour from my trip to Oregon!

xoxo
